at the place you get the chubacabra (i don’t know ho to spell) you go to up a side of a cliff with poles hanging off and at the top (This is at the farmers house to the left of the big rock where you get the chubacabra tooth) At the hop of this cliff there will be a tool box and the metal cutters!
