Hi SmartPassive! Thanks for this wonderfull tut. it helped a lot! i made this landing page and it works great. but i have a question. When i want to publish the app, in a status update or to post it somewhere, if i paste the URL from the “link to this tab” option, he attaches the photo and description of my business, and not of the tab, what i prefer. (i made a tab of a discount, so when i post it, i want people to see it right away). do i have other options to publish it?

@SmartPassiveIncome Can you make sections of the picture clickable links without knowing code? For example, your computer in your “fans” photo says “Click here to say hello”.

I’m having the same problem. Everything works perfectly up to that point. Did FB make the app author change the app? I’m pretty sure my code is correct.
Just checked and I see that you don’t have this welcome fangate app on your own page anymore. Any reason why you are not using this?

This works to provide a promotional tab or link for facebook page. But it does not work like a default landing page. A person who knows the facebook page can directly get into the page without even visiting this new tab. Is there any way to make this tab the default entry point?

This is great I’ve had a facebook page for a while now but I always felt that it would be nice for people who visited to have to like the page before they could see the content. I was tinkering with it today and I can’t seem to find out why my fans after seeing a new page after liking it are getting a blank page. Thank you for your help and video.
I worked all day on this pain in the butt. It is still not working. I have checked the code and I don’t know. I uploaded my files to WordPress for the HTML. I don’t know what to do. It is such a pain in the butt, when you do everything and it does not work..
